Why Am I Not Receiving an Email to Reset My Password?

1. The email is in your spam folder

2. You are writing down an email which isn't connected to a GOrendezvous account. This might be because you initially used a different email address to set up your account or because you changed the email address associated with your account. In this case, try other email addresses which you believe might be related to your account
