Customize the "Reason" label for a service
To customize the Reason label for a service, perform the following steps:
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on Employees & Services
- Select the desired employee
- Click on Services
- Select the desired service
- Scroll down to the bottom of page and click on the Yes option for the parameter "Customize the «Reason» label in the appointment booking view for clients"
- Write down your own label
- Click on Save
