Customize emails by service

To customize emails by service, perform the following steps:

1. Click on Account Settings 
2. Click on Communications 
3. Click on Email Customizations 
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the desired service
5. Customize the message that will be sent to clients who will be receiving this service 
6. Click Save
