Offer appointments at the client's home
The first step to be able to offer appointments at the client's home is to add a new location:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Business
3. Click on Locations
4. Click on the Add location button
5. Give a name to your location, to indicate clearly to your clients that the appointment booked will take place in their own home
6. Save.
Once your location has been created, perform the following steps:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Employees & Services
3. Select the desired employee
4. Click on Services
5. Select the desired service.
6. Scroll down and "Specify at which locations this service is offered". Click in the blank space and select the location you just created.
7. Activate the option called "This service is at the home of the client"
8. Turn on Yes for the option "Clients must provide their home address when booking an appointment (if address is not already on file)"
9. Click on Save at the bottom or at the top of the page.
