Create, modify or delete a category for your services
Perform the following steps to create a category for your services and thus streamline interface when your clients book online:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Employees & Services
3. Select the employee
4. Click on Services
5. Select the desired service or create a new one
6. Choose a category already existing or create a new one. To create a new category, enter its name and press Enter on your keyboard
7. Click on Save.
If you do this for every service and every employee, your clients will be able to first choose a general category and then a specific service when booking an online appointment. Here is an example:
Modify a category:
1. Click on the service name, then on the blank space under Category. Enter a new name for your category
2. Choose New: [new name]
3. Save.
Delete a category:
Please note that it is not possible to delete a category once it has been created. However, only categories that have services associated to them will be shown in the booking experience. Here's how to proceed:
1. Click on the service name, then on the blank space under Category. Enter a space
2. Choose New: [blank]
3. Save.
