View the new prices on your receipts

Here is why the old price is displayed on your receipts, even if you changed them in the Services tab.

When you chance the price of your services, this will only apply to appointments created after this change has been made. The original price will remain on appointments that existed before the change. The system works like this because we do not want to change the price for all past appointments. This would mix the income report and data.

As a result, while you are in a small period of transition, you must manually change the price for appointments created before the price change. 

You can follow these steps to manually change the amount displayed on your receipts:

  1. Click on the appointment for which you want to generate a receipt 
  2. Click on Billing
  3. Click on the Edit icon
  4. Enter the new price in the pop-up window
  5. Click Save

6. Click on the Receipt Icon to view the new price on your receipt.
