How to Know Who Created or Canceled an Appointment
In order to find out who and when an appointment was created or cancelled, follow these steps:
If the appointment still appears in your schedule
1. Click on the appointment
2. Click on the Audits tab
If you removed the appointment from your schedule:
Print your schedule with cancelled appointments and than the information will be displayed.
1. Click the printer icon
2. Click "Print Schedule"
3. Select "Cancelled"
The cancelled appointment will appear in a list like this:
