Add a Token Card to a Client's Profile

To add a prepaid pass to a client's profile, follow these steps:

1. Click on Clients

2. Select the desired client

3. Click on Token Cards (if you haven't create one beforehand, please click here to know how to do it)

4. Click on Add.

5. Select the desired token card in the drop-down menu

6. Here, you can modify the price

7. Here, you can indicate how many tokens were already used (if you are converting it from a physical card, for example)

8. Click on Save.

Follow these steps to charge the token card to the client:

1. Click on the name of the card

2. Click on Pay Now. You'll then be able to select the method of payment in the list and apply it to this transaction

3. Decide if you want to apply this token card to all upcoming visits, already scheduled with this client

4. Don't forget to Save! 

When the client is going to book any service (or a specific one(s), if you restricted on which service(s) the token card can be used), the visit is going to be automatically deducted from the token card. This is especially useful to keep track of how many visits have been consumed by the client.
