Help Center
With GOrendezvous, you have different ways to get support: through chat, emails, phone calls. You can also use our help center to find the answers to your questions. 😊
To access the help section, follow these steps:
1. On the top right-hand corner, click on Help
2. Click on Help again. It will open the help center at the bottom right-hand corner of the page. You can also access this help center by clicking on the red question mark that is there
3. The help documents have been created with key words, which means you do not have to type the exact sentence to have access to the one you are looking for
Let's take the following exemple: you want to know how to add an employee to your account. You can type "add employee" or just "employee" and the page will appear. You will also have other suggestions linked to employees
If you are still not sure you have found the answer to your question, you can contact us by chat by clicking on "Ask". You can write down your question and someone from GOrendezvous will answer!

You can also have walk-throughs help information. To access it, follow these steps:
1. On the top right-hand corner, click on Help
2. Click on Help walk-throughs. The blue window will appear at the bottom right-hand corner. You can also access it by clicking on "Help walk-throughs" directly at the bottom of the page
3. Click on the section that interests you and let yourself be guided
