Send an Appointment Request to a Client

Here is how you can send an appointment request to a client:

1. Select an open time in your schedule 

2. Select the client you would like to invite in the drop-down menu or type his/her name in the search bar and choose the desired service and location

3. Click on Send Request

4. Save

As long as the appointment is not confirmed, it will be displayed hatched in your schedule

After that, your client will receive an email inviting him/her to either accept of decline the invitation. Please note that the client will still be able to accept or decline the invitation, regardless of your cancellation settings

You can also manually accept the appointment in the appointment window or in Requests > Sent, if the client gives you a phone call to confirm it instead, for example

If the client accepts the appointment, it will then become the same color as a regular appointment

On the opposite, if the client decline the appointment, then it will be automatically cancelled. You'll also get a notification in Requests > New/Declined
