Book an online appointment with my professional

To book an appointment online from your professional's homepage, please follow these steps: 

1. A. Click on I am a new client (if this is the first time you are using GOrendezvous to book an appointment online)

B. Click on I am a returning client (if you have already used GOrendezvous to book an appointment online or if your professional already invited you to book one).

A. Here are the steps to book an online appointment if you are a new client:

2. Choose a location.

3. Choose the category of service. 

4. Choose a service. 

5. Choose a professional in the list or click on Any professional. You can also click on Soonest Possible! to see the soonest availabilities for all professionals.

6. Navigate between weeks by clicking on the arrows and click directly on the hour you would like to book. You can also Get on the Waiting List, if there isn't any availabilities matching yours. 

7. Enter your first name, last name, email and phone number

8. Accept the conditions and Continue. 

9. Enter the reason of the consultation.

10. Confirm the details of your reservation and click on Confirm. 

There you go! Your reservation has been confirmed. You'll also get a confirmation by email. 

B. Here are the detailed steps to book an appointment if you are an existing client:

2. Enter your first name, name and email address. Please make sure to use the exact same informations that appear in your client profile. Continue.

3. Click on Book Appointment. 

4. Choose a location. 

5. Choose a category of service. 

6. Choose a service. 

7. Choose your professional in the list or click on Any professional. You can also click on Soonest Possible! to see the soonest availabilities for all professionals. 

8. Navigate between weeks by clicking on the arrows and click directly on the hour you would like to book. You can also Get on the Waiting List, if there isn't any availabilities matching yours. 

9. Please confirm all your informations are correct. It is possible the professional will be asking for your address as well, so if this is the case, fill out all the necessary fields. Then, accept the conditions and Continue. 

10. Add a reason for the consultation

11.  Confirm the reservations details and click on Confirm.

There you go! Your reservation has been confirmed. You'll also get a confirmation by email.
