What Does the Bell and the Check Mark Icons on an Appointment Mean?
Bell icon:
The bell icon in the upper left corner of an appointment indicates that a reminder has been sent by SMS and/or by email.
Check mark:
Once the client has confirmed their appointment, the bell icon is replaced by a check mark.
