Reset my password (as a client)

You do not need a password to book an appointment with your professional. Your login details to book an appointment if you are an existing client are: your first name, last name and email address. 

In order to change your password, as a professional's client, in case you want to access to your client's schedule and see your booked appointments, please follow these few steps: 

1. Click on Book Appointment.   2. Click on I'm a returning client.   

3. Type the required informations

4. Click on Continue.  5. Click on View My Schedule.  

6. Click on I want to set a new password.  

You will then receive a password reset link via email at the previously registered address (it may take a few minutes to receive the link).
