Offer Appointments at Specific Times

Certain professionals like to give as many choices as possible to their clients when booking their appointments online.

For example:

- You offer a one hour service between 9:00 and 12:00
- Normally, the choices shown to the clients on the booking space would be at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00
- If you were to select the 30 minute option here, the choices for clients will be 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30

However, if a client were to select the appointment at 9:30, the time slot between 9:00 and 9:30 will be lost. 

To offer appointments at specific times, follow these steps:

1. Click Settings
2. Click Employees and Services
3. Click Services
4. Select the service you wish to offer at specific times

5.  Select Yes on the option "Offer appointments at specific time" and indicate which time intervals you would like them to be offered at.
