Cancel my Subscription
Before cancelling your subscription, do not hesitate to contact our amazing team 🤩 Together, we will discuss your needs and we might be able to propose a solution or an alternative.
To cancel your GOrendezvous subscription, follow these steps:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Business
3. Click on Subscription
4. Choose the option Cancel my subscription. Don't worry, your subscription will still be valid until the date of your current billing period.
5. A new window will pop-up to ask you to tell us the reason why you decided to leave. Please note that choosing a reason in the drop-down list is mandatory to be able to click on the Continue button.
