Add a Service for No Shows
Here is a way to be able to charge a client who didn't show up for his appointment:
- 
  Click on Settings.
- 
  Select Employees and Services.
 
- 
  Select Add Appointment Service.
 
- 
  Now you can give a name to the service.   
- Choose Yes for the option I want to control which clients can select this service. 
- Choose the No client can choose this service themselves (this makes the service not available online and not visible to the customer) 
- Click on Save to create the service.  
- You now have the option to select this service when a customer is absent for an appointment.
