Save a purchase placed with a supplier

Please note that no purchase can be processed directly via our GOrendezvous platform. However, it is possible to register the purchases placed with a supplier, in order to have a global vision of all of them within the same place.

In order to register an order placed with a supplier, I invite you to follow the following steps:

1.Click on Inventory

2.Remain under the Products tab

3.Click on the ordered product

4.Click on the truck icon next to the supplier through which the order was made

the Purchase order page will open:

5. Enter the quantity ordered

6. Enter the unit price of the product

7. Enter the order date

8. Enter the delivery date

9. Select delivery status between: ordered, shipped, delivered and canceled

10. Enter the quantity received, when the order received

11. Write notes, if needed

12. Click Save
