Change When Appointment Reminders Are Sent
To change the number of days before an appointment reminder is sent, perform the following steps:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Communications
3. Click on Notifications and Reminders
4. In the drop-down menu, select how many days in advance you would like to send the appointment reminders
5. Check Yes if you Don't want to send reminders during weekends, or leave it to No if you don't mind reminders to be sent on a Saturday or Sunday
