Disable Sending Emails and/or SMS by Service for All Clients

To disable sending notifications and/or reminders by service, perform the following steps:

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Communications

3. Click on Notifications and Reminders 

4. In the bottom section, choose the employee for whom you want to make changes

Next to the desired services,  uncheck the checkboxes to disable the sending of:

5. Email Notifications 6. Email Reminders 7. SMS reminders
No email will be sent when an appointment is created, modified or cancelled by an employee of your business.

Emails will still be sent when a client creates, modifies or cancels their appointment and when the professional sends an appointment request or a notification manually from the Actions tab in the appointment itself.
No reminder by email will be sent to the client requesting to confirm his attendance. No reminder by SMS will be sent to the client requesting to confirm his attendance.
