Customize Email Signature per Employee

To customize the signature that appears at the end of emails sent to clients, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Settings 

2. Click on Communications

3. Click on Email Customizations 

4. Select the professional whose signature you want to personalize 

5. Click on the Yes option for the option Customize email signature

6. Create a new personalized signature

7. Click on Save at the top of the page. *If it doesn't seem to have saved properly, simply refresh the web page
