Create a Class

To add a class in your agenda, follow these steps :

  1. Click on Account Settings
  2. Click on Employees and Services
  3. Select the employee
  4. Click on Services
  5. Click on Add Class

Give your class a service name, a duration, a price (which you can choose to be visible or not to your clients), the size and a color to easily identify it in your calendar.

If you like, you also have the option to add a description, locations, specify the clients that can select the course and file the course by category.

Congratulations, you created your class!

Adding your class to your calendar:

  1. Click on the appropriate date/hour on your schedule
  2. Click on Class
  3. Is this class a recurring event? Click on Repeats to choose the recurrence.
  4. Click Save to complete.

Bravo, your class now appears on your calendar !

To add attendees follow these steps:

  1. Click on the class
  2. Click on Attendees
  3. Click on Add Attendees
  4. Choose an existing client or add a new client
  5. To complete the process, click on Add then on Save 

At a glance, you can see who is registered, confirmed and who has paid or not.
