Invite Clients from Your Waiting List to Make an Appointment

Here are the steps to follow when you cancel an appointment and wish to manually invite clients from your waiting list:

1. Click on the time slot that just became available
2. Specify the service for which you wish to invite your clients
3. Click on the Invite from Wait List

4. Select the clients to invite
5. Click on Send Email Invites

6. A message will indicate the number of customers that have been invited. Click on Ok

You will then receive an email confirming that the invitation has been sent to your customers: 

And your customers will receive an email inviting them to make an appointment;
