Link my TELUS eClaims Account to GOrendezvous

In order to submit a claim on behalf of your client, first make sure you are registered for TELUS eClaims by following these steps. Also make sure to activate one licence for each required employee.

Once you have registered with TELUS eClaims, you would need to connect it to GOrendezvous by following these steps:

For a provider:

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Employees & Services

3. Select the desired employee

4. Click on Insurance Profile 

5. Click on the Add button

6. Normally, you would have to select the Insurance Broker, but note that for now, we are only connected to TELUS eClaims

7. Select Provider. *If you'd rather like to add a Data Enterer (i.e. for an assistant or secretary), please see the next section below

8. Modify your First and Last name, in case it is different from the one you regularly use on GOrendezvous

9. Search for your Licencing Body (licencing issuer) in the list

10. Decide if you would like the claims to be refunded to the Clinic or to the Professional directly

11. Select the desired Location in the drop-down menu

12. Now, you will need the information provided by TELUS Health during your TELUS eClaims’ account registration:

• Specialty: it is important you select the exact same specialty you entered when registering 
• TELUS Username
• TELUS Password
• Licence ID
• TELUS Provider ID
• TELUS Service ID
• TELUS Clinic ID: if you are the only employee in your account, leave this field empty, but if you are part of an organization or a group or practitioners, you would need to provide a clinic ID

13. Save

If you have a front desk team, they can submit a claim on your behalf, as long as they are registered to TELUS eClaims as a Data Enterer 

Therefore, here is how to set up a TELUS eClaims account for a data enterer: 

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Employees & Services

3. Select the desired employee profile

4. Click on Insurance Profile

5. Click on the Add button

6. In the drop-down menu, select Data Enterer

7. Modify your First and Last name in case it is different from the one you regularly use on GOrendezvous

8. Enter your TELUS Username and TELUS Password

9. Click on Save
