What is eClaims? eClaims allows you to submit claims on behalf of your patients. Since they only pay the portion not covered by the insurance company, the amount they have to pay decreases, as well as your credit card fees associated with each transaction

Here's how you can easily sign up for this direct insurance billing service:

1. Go to the TELUS website

2. First, View eligibility details. For example, here is the list of eligible professionals at the moment:

Chiropractors
Physiotherapists
Optometrists
Opticians
Massage therapists
Acupuncturists
Naturopathic Doctors (n/a in Quebec)
Podiatrists
Physical rehabilitation therapists
Psychologists
Dieticians
Speech therapists
Chiropodist
Osteopaths
Psychotherapists

3. Stop now, if your organization has more than 10 practice locations owned by the same owner and contact TELUS directly instead. *You will find the phone number and email to reach them at the end of this article

4. If this is not your case, then fill in the fields under Your contact information

5.Select your practice

6. Agree to the conditions and Continue

And that's it, it's as simple as that! 😊 If, however you need more assistance, do not hesitate to consult the TELUS FAQ or contact them by email at gestion.fournisseurs@telus.com. You can also call them at 1 866 240-7492, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern time).

Note that a TELUS representative will need to perform certain verification before approving your registration, so it may take a few days for your profile to be active. If necessary, they will contact you directly, in case more information is needed.
