Disable sending emails and SMS by services

To disable sending notifications and/or reminders by services, perform the following steps:

  1. Click on Account Settings
  2. Click on Communications
  3. Click on Appointment Reminders 
  4. In the bottom section, choose the employee for whom you want to make changes
Beside the desired service,  uncheck to disable sending of:
5. Email notifications 6. Email reminders 7. SMS reminders
No email will be sent when an appointment is created, modified or cancelled by an employee of your business.

Emails will be sent when a client creates, modifies or cancels their appointment and when the professional sends an appointment request or a notification manually from the appointment editor. 
No email reminder will be sent to the client requesting to confirm his attendance. No SMS reminder will be sent to the client requesting to confirm his attendance.
