Disable sending emails and SMS by services
To disable sending notifications and/or reminders by services, perform the following steps:
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on Communications
- Click on Appointment Reminders
- In the bottom section, choose the employee for whom you want to make changes
Beside the desired service, uncheck to disable sending of:
|5. Email notifications||6. Email reminders||7. SMS reminders|
| No email will be sent when an appointment is created, modified or cancelled by an employee of your business.
Emails will be sent when a client creates, modifies or cancels their appointment and when the professional sends an appointment request or a notification manually from the appointment editor.
|No email reminder will be sent to the client requesting to confirm his attendance.|| No SMS reminder will be sent to the client requesting to confirm his attendance.
