See a Client’s Visits, Payments and Balance
To see a client’s appointments, payments and account balance, follow the following steps:
1. Click on Clients
2. Select the client
3. Click on Visits & Payments
4. You can choose to display the client’s Past or Upcoming, Appointments or Classes
5. To view appointment details, payments and account balance, click on the two arrows to expand the window
6. Here, you can see the client’s account balance. Click on the circling arrow to refresh it. A positive balance indicates the amount due from past appointments or for appointments to come. A negative balance indicates a surplus amount received by the professional
7. You can also filter your client’s visit information. You can choose to display the type of visit (Appointments and/or Classes), Past or Upcoming visits, as well as Active or Cancelled visits, allowing you to track payments of each appointment
8. On the right of the page, you can view transaction information, either Payments and/or Refunds. This way, you will be able to see the payments made by your client, as well as the payment methods used
